About

Originating in 2024, CHAMPS was founded by a team of Massachusetts locals who collectively saw a need for support and guidance of MA youth who are passionate about the game of baseball. We are a non-profit organization whose team consists of coaches, parents, and social workers who exhibit determination, dedication, and compassion for the communities and youth that we serve. Our unique coaching and mentoring approaches allow youth to learn and exhibit self discovery and growth through an array of life experiences on and off of the field. 

CHAMPS works in collaboration with the NRP Astros, a competitive little league baseball team who competes in national tournaments. The NRP Astros poses opportunity for acceleration of teamwork and competitive drive for young athletes who wish to compete in the sport of baseball at the highest level. Domestic travel to national tournaments offers opportunity for enrichment trips where team members, coaches, families and other volunteers are able to bond and experience an array of enlightening activities.
